Bob’s Breakfast Bake

Breakfast is its own food group, don’t you agree? This recipe brings all the savory goodness to start the day off right.

A staple of ours for years, Bob’s Breakfast Bake is gluten free, it pleases the whole family, and we enjoy using the leftovers in our breakfast burritos!

Ingredients to Gather

Hashbrowns (frozen), 1 c

Eggs, 5

Milk, 3/4 cup

Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Onion, Garlic (other seasonings as desired)

Shredded Cheddar, 1/2 cup

Protein of choice (ham, bacon, sausage) - I used Browned Ground Sausage, 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup

Greased 8x8 casserole dish or pie dish


How to Prepare

Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings until combined completely.

Grease pie dish or 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Start with 1 cup of frozen hashbrowns.

Sprinkle on cheese and protein of choice

Pour eggs over top, and bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 55-60 minutes, and enjoy!

Can be frozen for later – bake from frozen at 350 degrees F for 60-75 minutes, covered for the first 45 minutes, then uncovered.
