Who is Boki’s Kitchen?

“Bo” (pronounced ‘beau") from Bob, and “ki” (pronounced “key”) from Niki, are the dynamic duo who make Boki’s Kitchen what it is today. They've been known as "Boki" to friends since 2017 and never imagined how it would evolve. 

Bob and Niki connected early in their relationship over a shared passion for food. They’re excited to share their delicious and wholesome meals and recipes with you!

This catering business started in 1989 by Niki's mom and aunt, Kathy and Judy. What started out as “Pastries Plus” quickly became rooted in creating a community around wholesome (and yummy) food, connection, and offering friendly service, always!

Proud to be family owned and operated, Boki’s Kitchen’s head chef, CEO, author, visionary, and beyond is Niki Neisen Nichols. Bob Nichols, her gracious husband is next in command when he’s not welding at his full time job for a local manufacturing company. Kathy will still be found in the kitchen preparing for caterings and helping with frozen meals. Tom (Niki’s Dad) also lends his knowledge and skill set daily to keep our facility running smoothly. Addison and Isabella, Niki and Bob’s daughters, can be found helping out at jobs occasionally, and are our #1 taste testers. In certain circumstances, we’ll have special guests come in to help with events.

This team’s combined experience with food and food service is well over 150 years!
