Apple Overnight Oats
It’s just another Manic Monday . . . morning. . . and I want everyone to be fueled properly for the week ahead. That’s why I love this recipe so much, and bonus points since the girls and Bob love it too. No cooking or baking required! Enjoy something easy to fuel the busy days of getting things checked off your to-do lists! Prep the evening before or a few days before — either way, your future-self will thank you!

Apple Overnight Oats
Easy breakfast- no cooking required!
Ingredients
Oat Layer
- 2 cup Rolled oats use old-fashioned oats for the perfect creamy texture
- 2 cup Milk any kind (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt adds richness and boosts protein
- 4 tablespoons Chia seeds (optional)
Apple Topping
- 2 medium Fresh apples, diced
- 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon the star spice for warmth
- ¼ cup Maple syrup or honey natural sweetener
To Serve
- 4-5 small jars or containers with lids for storage
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milks, greek yogurt, and optional chia seeds.
- Spoon mixture into jars or containers
- Use the same mixing bowl and combine diced apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup or honey
- Add the apple layer on top of the oat layer in serving containers and cover
- Refrigerate Overnight
- Keep up to 5 days in refrigerator, and Enjoy!
